A Break Through Session is usually 8 hours, this can be split into half day sessions if needed.
My guarantee is that I will assist you create the change you are looking for within this time frame or I will work with you for free until the problem has completely disappeared.
Carma’s” Break Through to the other side” session will allow you to:

Changing limiting beliefs and releasing negative emotions will boost your self esteem, self confidence bringing more energy to your life as a result of releasing blockages.
• Eliminating patterns of self-sabotage will allow you to step into your power and truly take action towards all that you want in your life in an empowering and self supporting way.
• You will finally learn how to forgive yourself and others which means you can fully experience and enjoy emotional freedom
• I will assist you to align with your values (what’s important to you) and put positive values into context of your life choice.
• set clearly defined and achievable goals and put them into your future.
• Together will we create an action plan that will unfold so that you can have your future by your design.
